Medical history is a record ofa person’s health. It may include information about former and current conditions, allergies, surgeries, immunizations, and other relevant medical information like medicines taken, health habits, and occupation. It may include health information about a person’s family members. Through the medical history, the physician gathers information about the history and course of disease.
